How do I book a session?
Reach out through our contact form or message us on social media. We’ll confirm availability, talk through the details, and send over the contract and invoice. A $50 deposit is required at contract signing and is applied toward the final balance.
What’s included in a session?
Most sessions include professional editing, a private online gallery, full resolution downloads, and a print release. Exact details may vary depending on the type of session or coverage.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Most galleries are delivered within one week, depending on the session type, event size, and season. We often deliver much quicker, and many sports and event galleries are published within 24 hours when possible. Larger events or projects with video, graphics, or extra deliverables may take longer.
Do you travel?
Yes. We’re based in Southern Indiana and are happy to travel for portraits, sports, events, business promotion, and special requests. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
How much does a session cost?
Starting prices can be found on our Pricing page. If you have any questions or need something custom, just reach out and we’ll help you find the best option.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We are a veteran owned business and proudly offer a discount to fellow service members and their families. We also offer free graduation mini sessions for seniors who book Hanke Studios for their full senior year photography package. This can include their senior session along with add ons such as sports portraits, cap and gown photos, college reveal minis, family photos, or other senior year sessions.
What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
We’ll reschedule at no cost if the weather is not photo friendly.
